1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Marinios IPTV, trading as Marinios IPTV (“Marinios IPTV”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of our website at marinios-iptv.store and any subscription you purchase from us (together, the “Service”).

By purchasing, activating or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. What the Service is

Marinios IPTV provides access to an internet-based streaming service. Access is delivered digitally, normally by message, after payment is confirmed.

• The Service requires your own stable internet connection and a compatible device.
• Channel line-ups, on-demand libraries and features may change, be added to, or be withdrawn at any time.
• We do not sell or supply hardware, internet access, or third-party applications.

4. Your credentials and account security

Your subscription details (login, playlist or activation code) are personal to you. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential and not publish or share them;
• Use the Service only on the number of devices or connections included in your plan;
• Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where credentials are shared, resold, or used on more devices than the plan allows.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or commercially redistribute the Service unless we have authorised you in writing;
• Record, copy, rebroadcast, publicly perform or make the content available to others;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or access-control measure;
• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation or licensing rule in your territory.

6. Your responsibility for local law

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws, regulations and content-licensing rules that apply where you live. Requirements differ significantly between countries and can change. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted in your territory, seek independent legal advice before subscribing.

7. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are displayed on our pricing page in US dollars and are for a single, fixed subscription period. Unless we state otherwise:

• Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency payment;
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically – you choose whether to renew at the end of your term;
• Access is normally delivered within minutes of a confirmed payment, and in any event as soon as reasonably practicable;
• We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect a subscription you have already paid for.

8. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, your internet connection, or events outside our reasonable control.

Support is available through WhatsApp. We aim to respond quickly, but response times are not guaranteed.

9. Third-party content and applications

Channel names, programme titles, logos and trademarks shown on this site indicate content that may be available and remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party player applications (for example IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player) are supplied by their own developers under their own terms; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

10. Our intellectual property

The Marinios IPTV name, logo, website design, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms – in particular sections 4, 5 or 6. You may stop using the Service at any time; where a refund is available, our Refund Policy applies.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers may have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date shows when it changed. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a subscription you have already purchased.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that territory will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
